Recommended daily dose: 3 measure spoons (9g) dissolved in some liquid with temperature below 40ºС to the desired density without additional heat treatment to keep the live microorganisms and taken before meal. For optimal results consume before or during workout. Suitable for adults and children aged 3 and above. The probiotic is food supplement and is not a substitute for a varied diet. Store at temperature below 24°С, can be stored in refrigerator. It can be consumed in dry form. For intensively training people it can be taken in larger quantities. Contraindications: intolerance to any component of the product.
